Call for second vote on grass cutting in Skegness

A second vote is to be taken by Skegness Town Council on whether they should hand the responsibility for cutting grass verges back to Lincolnshire County Council to prevent a rise in next year's precept. Councillors were divided when they voted to hand it back, but councillors calling for the second vote say not cutting the grass would 'damage the town's reputation'.
