Yousaf: Scotland to freeze council tax next year

The Scottish first minister has announced council tax in Scotland will be frozen next year at the SNP Conference in Aberdeen. Humza Yousaf also revealed that his party will invest £300 million over the next three years to bring down waiting lists in the NHS. Along with other policy announcements, Yousaf said "good riddance" to the "finished" Conservative Party and declared that Scotland is "laying the foundations" of a new, independent state.
