In 1970 Randy Bachman left Guess Who and released his album "Axe" before founding Bachman Turner Overdrive in 1972. No hard rocks here but quite diverse types of music from country to eastern ethnic to jazz, some fairly hard rock bordering on easy listening. The album is completely instrumental, and seems to have been done for the fun of a few great musicians.
