Making A Beautiful And Tasty Ice Cream Rose

I should have chosen some other colors for this ice cream rose but for some reason I really wanted to have Stracciatella and Pistachio flavors. Which makes the flower look a bit ..... well!
Next I'm going to order strawberry and mango :)
