The Cu Chi Tunnels, Vietnam! Is It Worth The Trip

Is it worth the trip from Ho Chi Minh City To see just the Cu Chi Tunnels? I would say no but we would recommend to combine it with a trip to Tay Ninh: http://saigon.for91days.com/?s=Tay+Ninh

Even more impressive than the tunnels, I thought, were the craters of bombs. Interesting but short introduction to the history of the Vietnam war.
