Qantas workers have won their legal battle but experts say the airline could still outsource jobs in the future. The high court has found Qantas acted illegally when it sacked 17-hundred workers during the pandemic and it will have to pay compensation however, workers fear it won't be enough to deter other businesses from similar moves.
