Toxin-filled liquid released by the lychee stink bug | Born to be Wild

It’s rambutan season in Dolores, Quezon and farmers are having a hard time harvesting these fruits because of the “atangya” or lychee stink bugs. These bugs frequently land on farmers' arms and emit a toxin-filled liquid in self-defense, causing skin burns. Doc Ferds Recio visited the area and examined the behaviour of these bugs.
