Faced with an economic downturn,businesses have been looking for ways to cut costs. One area they've been cutting back on is business travel. Hotels,airlines,car rental companies and travel agencies are all seeing a drop in customers.Companies in the financial and automotive sectors have been making the biggest spending cutbacks,but the hospitality and travel industries have been adapting to the drop in demand too. Hotels are offering free internet access,airlines are cutting down on capacity and vehicle hire companies are hoping cost-conscious companies will shift from air to car travel. Our reporter Carmen Meyer found out more about the new incentives.
