Part 1: Consciousness based Universe

This is the first part of a two part presentation relating to consciousness. Reid´s intention is to link the domain of quantum fluctuations to water, quantum criticality and consciousness. In this first part he explains the relationship of water as a molecular system that has access to quantum fluctuations at room temperature and how water controls bio-molecular reactions such as the protein folding process. Reid suggests that the master-plan is in the domain of quantum fluctuations and that all quantum critical bio-molecules and water represent just the access code to the master-plan.
