Suspect wades through swamp in attempt to avoid police

A suspect waded through the swamp of Fish Hawk in California in an attempt to avoid police on Saturday, 15 July.
“The K9 and patrol units were aided as the Aviation Unit swiftly took to the skies to provide assistance,” wrote the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Despite attempts to hide in a neighbourhood retention pond, the suspect was ultimately apprehended.
