An Alabama woman went missing after telling a 911 dispatcher she saw a young boy walking alone on the side of a road, according to local police. The woman, Carlethia "Carlee" Nichole Russell, 25, called 911 around 9:34 p.m. local time on Thursday, according to a Facebook post from the Hoover Police Department.
