A California Sea Otter Is Stealing Surfboards

Imagine minding your own business in the water and ending up in a tug of war for your surfboard with a sea otter!  Well you don’t have to imagine it, because onlookers captured this happening in Santa Cruz, California!  Video footage shows shocked surfers watching the otter hoist itself out of the ocean and on to their boards.
