You may use this as a supplemental cardio routine if the normal WEEK ONE EASY CARDIO WORKOUT clip has got you too sore. All I ask is that you do something each day. You know the drill...do this clip 2-3 times if you decide to do this instead of the normal WEEK ONE EASY CARDIO WORKOUT clip.
I used normal water bottles in this clip. You can choose to use nothing if you wish.
