1973 post-bop album "Zodiac" by Cecil Payne was dedicated to Wynton Kelly and Kenny Dorham who both feature on the tracks of the album. The album was recorded in 1968 but not released on the Strata-East label until 1973. Post-bop funky uptempos, great atmospheres in the slow burner opener "Martin Luther King Jr/I know love, jazz-blues refrain, with great soloings.
