Tolentino, and Dr. Emmanuel Franco Calairo, Chairman of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) led the ceremonial flag raising, wreath-laying and ribbon cutting of the Inang Laya Monument during the commemoration of National Flag Day and the celebration of the 125th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence at the Imus Heritage Park in Alapan Imus Cavite, on Sunday, May 28.
