International Non-Government Organization Oceana and Southern Leyte 2nd District Representative Christopherson "Coco" Yap launches a photo exhibit titled, "Panahon ng Panaon," expressing optimism that the House of Representatives (HoR) will pass the bill declaring Panaon Island as a protected seascape within the year on Tuesday, May 23.
