Donuts made at home and eaten while warm
It's so delicious that you can't compare it to the taste you buy.
I made it because I know the taste.
It's delicious even if you just sprinkle sugar on it without putting any filling inside.
In addition to the round shape, try making it in a pretzel shape.
Chocolate filling is easy to make with simple ingredients.
It will be easy to follow along.

[10 things]
✤ Dough
- 300g Bread flour
- 160ml Warm milk (below 36℃)
- 50g (5Tbsp) Sugar
- 6g (1Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
- 1 Room temperature egg
- 6g (2tsp) Salt
- 40g Room temperature unsalted butter

✤ Chocolate filling
- 80g Dark chocolate (milk chocolate available)
- 300ml Milk
- 30g (3Tbsp) Cornstarch

✤ Coating
- Sugar


✤ Tips
- I even did the 2nd fermentation due to time constraints, but if you do the 3rd fermentation, it will be more fluffy and delicious.
- 20~30 minutes for 2nd and 3rd fermentation
- Fry slowly at a low temperature so that the inside is well cooked.
