Dhaba Style Bhuna Masala Ingredients -
For Pan-Searing Vegetables:
1 tbsp Oil
½ cup French Beans (chopped)
½ cup Carrot (chopped)
½ cup Baby Corn (chopped)
½ cup Sweet Corn
½ cup Green Peas
½ cup Green Capsicum (chopped)
½ cup Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
Salt

For Spice Mix:
2 tbsp Oil
½ cup Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ cup Tomato (diced)
2 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Caron Seeds
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Black Peppercorns
½ tsp Cumin Seeds

For Veg Bhuna:
Add Prepared Spice Mix
Salt (as required)
Add Pan-Seared Vegetables
