There are more cyclists in the ACT than in any other state or territory, taking more than 35,000 trips a day. But Canberra's biggest cycling group says the city still isn't set up to cater for two-wheelers and it's floated a controversial plan it says would make roads better for cyclists, motorists, and the planet.
