Taking a clear stand over Israel’s security and its action against terrorism, Israel Economy Minister Nir Barkat on April 18 in Delhi said that his country will ‘hit Iran’ if proxies in Lebanon will target Israel.

Further stretching his views on Iran and its involvement with terrorism, Barkat alleged Iran of ‘funding global terrorism in regions that pose threat to Israel’.

“Iran is funding global terrorism in our region. If proxies in Lebanon will target Israel, we'll hit Iran. Israel, and India share experience in security, counterterrorism,” Barkat said.
