FOX Business reports that according to a recent court filing, Twitter, Inc. no longer exists.
Pursuant to Rule 7.1 (a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the undersigned counsel for Defendant X Corp., as successor in interest to named Defendant Twitter, Inc., hereby states that Twitter, Inc. has been merged into X Corp. and no longer exists, Via legal filing.
News of the merger was shared to Twitter by Journalist Laura Loomer, who has filed a RICO lawsuit against Twitter and other social media giants.
While Twitter CEO Elon Musk has not publicly announced the change, he did post a cryptic tweet, seemingly acknowledging the merger.
