Ingredients and Method:

Coconut: (کھوپرا) 1/2 kg
Milk: (دودھ) 2 kg
Pistachio: (پستہ) 200 gm
Cashew Nuts: (کاجو) 200 gm
Almond: (بادام) 200 gm
Walnut: (اخروٹ) 200 gm
Raisins: (کشمش) 250 gm
Sugar: (چینی) 1/2 kg


ایک پین میں دودھ ڈالیں جب دودھ گرم ہو جائے تو کرشڈ کھوپرا ڈال دیں اور پکائیں اتنی دیر تک پکائیں کے دودھ بالکل خشک ہو جائے اور کھوپرا کا تیل نظر آنے لگے پھر اس میں گرائنڈ اخروٹ، گرائنڈ پستہ، کشمش، گرائنڈ بادام اور گرائنڈ کاجو شامل کر کے اچھی طر ح مکس کرلیں، سردیوں کی سوغات تیار ہے ۔
