The French army makes an advance toward Fort Henry, slowing down Duncan Heyward's men. Magua proposes to Montcalm that he have the Huron-assisted army situated in the forest move in to catch Duncan's army off guard. Murno dispatches a reconnaissance squad into the woods in order to search out the French army that appears to have vanished without a trace. The squad sets out, but is attacked by a group of Huron. Only one member of the group escapes the massacre, thanks to the help of our friends. His mission is then to reach Duncan in order to warn him about Montcalm's arrival, but the task is not so easy. In the end, Hawkeye will save the day. In fact, Hawkeye, along with the two Mohicans are able to reach the hideout where they had left the girls, Gamut, and Little Knife earlier. Little Knife, however, seems to have disappeared. He is in fact held by the Huron. He will be then saved by the gunshot of a strange farmer who will brings to safety.
Episode 9- THE QUAKER FARM
The farmer leads our friends to his village, a community of peaceful farmers who intend to remain neutral. The community is willing to host our friends on the condition that they acclimate themselves to the farmers' extremely severe and rigid lifestyle. The presence of our friends initially sparks conflict among the farmers and their hosts, but then becomes an occasion in which to mutually exchange cultures: that is until a French platoon of soldiers moves onto the farm. In order to conceal their true identities, our friends try to blend in with the farmers. Mugua then orders a contingent of Huron to go attack. Montcalm forbids this, but Magua, along with about 10 Huron, still slips into the Quaker village at nightfall. Though they haven't any guns, the farmers prove to be wo..."
