Canadian woman learns the hard way when NOT to put detergent in the washer

Speaking of learning from mistakes, Katie Johnston found out what's the worst time to load a washing machine with detergent.
"I put laundry detergent in the clean washer cycle and well, this happened," she wrote. "Lesson learned: Don't put soap in with no clothes."
After realizing that the soap wouldn't just vanish on its own, Katie decides to open the washer and get the lather out herself.
However, she does the above without getting the pile of clean clothes out of the way, which results in the soap dripping all over them once the door is opened.
