The video describes how and why the Swiss system of collective presidency is superior to the presidential and parlamentary one person-centered system.

The video also shows how, even this collective, multi party, Left and Right system, working together, needs direct democracy, as the Swiss people demonstrated when the initiated a national referendum which forced politicians in the executive and the legislature to fix the Swiss national debt.
