"I cured my depression, brain fog and eczema - by switching off the wi-fi and ditching doughnuts"

A woman claims she cured her depression, brain fog and eczema - by switching off the wi-fi and ditching doughnuts.

Abigail Escobedo, 28, believed 'radiation waves' and sugary food were having a negative effect on her health.

The mum-of-three says ditching sugary foods cured her husband's acne and switching off the wi-fi at night cured their brain fog and her depression.

She says cutting out gluten-rich foods like bread cured her eczema and putting her phone on aeroplane mode at night now gives her a more restful sleep.

Abigail worried her skin care products were harmful so replaced them with products that contain only natural ingredients.

Abigail, stay-at-home mum, from Central Idaho, US, said: "Realising that making small changes can have a big impact on my quality of life has been a gift that I didn't know I needed to receive.

"Not only has our quality of life greatly improved due to our increased energy and improved physical and mental health.

"We feel empowered - knowing that simple changes can make a huge difference on our overall health.

"I think back to the quality of life when me and my husband were dating to the quality of life now.

"Our life is so much busier than it was - I have a four-year-old and two children under two but as exhausting and busy as it is, I feel like I have so much more energy.

"The quality of life we live now is so much higher.

"My husband went to sleep eight to 10 hours every night. To be able to function on six or seven, it is a huge difference - that has been life-changing."

After having her first child, Maranatha, four, in June 2018, Abigail started suffering from mononucleosis - a contagious disease that spreads through spit - which caused chronic fatigue and made her realise she needed to make a change to her life.

Abigail said: "I have always been interested in eating healthier but when my husband and I got married we got pregnant pretty quick and during that pregnancy, I ate whatever I wanted.

"I felt terrible throughout and I told my husband that when we are done I want to start making some changes as I felt so sick.

"I suffered from chronic fatigue, I had terrible energy.

She said: "It was when we cut out sugar, that was the big shift for him that saw his skin clear up and he has gorgeous clear skin now.

"He was 27 when we got married, he had been dealing with acne for a long time, the eczema was a combination for me of getting rid of MSG but primarily gut disruptors.

"They were polysorbate 80, ceriganen and gluten."

One of the things Abigail said the family saw the biggest shift in was turning off wi-fi at night.

"We started turning out wi-fi off at night and my husband and I were waking up so much more well rested in the morning.

"He could think clearer, that is when we started seeing a difference in brain fog for him especially.

"We then started turning our phones on aeroplane mode at night too, which is where we noticed an even bigger shift in our sleep.
