The person suspected of killing four University of Idaho students, Bryan Kohberger, was a post-graduate student of criminology at the University of Washington just across the state line. Kohberger appeared before a Pennsylvania judge Tuesday, agreeing to waive his extradition rights and be voluntarily returned to Idaho.
