Most Illnesses and Diseases are Not Genetic

The other day someone told me that their 'condition' was genetic and hereditary, because that's what they had been led to believe.

But that possibly isn't the case.

According to Bruce Lipton and Dr. Lissa Rankin, less than 2% of diseases result from a single faulty gene and less than 5% of cancer and cardiac-disease patients can attribute their diseases as being 'heredity'.

Now we can't change our DNA, that is ture, but we can change the way our DNA is 'expressed' by the way you choose to think.

We have approximately 25,000 genes in our body and each gene can express itself at least 30,000 ways - do the maths on that!

Changing the way you choose to think can literally change your life.

There's a though to start the day.
