China's Kuaizhou 11 Rocket Launches VDES Satellite In Return To Flight

China's Kuaizhou 11 Y2 rocket launched the VHF Data Exchange System (VDES) test satellite from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on Dec. 7, 2022. It was the first flight of the rocket since it failed to deliver its payloads to orbit in July 2020.
