This humorous video features members of said family trying to snap a wooden ladder in half by applying pressure on it from all sides.
While their plan might have looked good on paper, it ends up being a dud.
"It was bonfire night; we were trying to break wood up for the fire and thought it would be a good idea to get the kids to jump on the other end of the wood whilst my sister and I stand on the other side," Rebecca told WooGlobe. "Our mum then said it needed to be further out and slid it forward. We tried again and all fell."
