Once a staple at the highest level of competition, Censor took three years away from professional play to grow his personal brand, building a massive following while representing FaZe Clan.

But despite his hiatus, Censor never lost his passion for the game, and now he's dedicating himself to reaching the top once again. After joining CDL team New York Subliners as a substitute, however, he's found his path blocked by restrictions preventing him from getting proper practice.

Censor spoke to Dexerto about why he's now looking to leave the CDL to prove himself in the amateur Challenger circuit, and what he thinks the league needs to change to give substitutes a better chance to earn starting spots.
