Tens of thousands gather in Seoul for a candlelight memorial to remember the 156 people killed in a Halloween crowd crush, as public outrage grows over one of the country's biggest peacetime catastrophes. The fatalities, largely young people, were among an estimated 100,000 people who traveled to Seoul's famed Itaewon nightlife area to celebrate the first post-pandemic Halloween.
