NSW Premier says state will cover entire cost of raising Warragamba Dam wall

The Premier has announced he'll go it alone and pay for the Warragamba Dam wall to be raised. Dominic Perrottet still wants the federal government to fund half of it. But after some tension this week over the project, he says he wants to give people in Western Sydney an assurance it will go ahead.
