The tradition of latte art has taken off in a big way in Asia in recent years, so much so that most of the top winners in the World Latte Art Championship for the past six years have been from the region, among them Taiwanese barista Lin Shao-sing. Sandy Chi went to his coffee shop in Taipei to see him work his magic.
