How to make juggling balls.  Needs: (per person)  1 small bottle  scissors  rice   10 mid to large balloons. (NOT the tiny water balloons.)  A broom and dustpan. (let us be realistic.) 1. cut the bottom off the bottle, and stretch one balloon over its mouth. 2. cut the necks off two balloons, after the point where the neck widens. 3. Put a measured amount of rice, so the balls are the same size, in the bottle.  Blow, and the rice will slowly fall into the balloon.  Release the pressure slowly, or the rice will fly all over the place.   The rice should be in the balloon. 4. Inserting your fingers in a cut balloon, stretch the cut balloon over the rice filled balloon. Repeat with the third balloon.  DONE.  Make two more and you have the three juggling balls needed to juggle.
