- 500gms beef sirloin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- black pepper
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 onions
- 425gms mushroom
- salt and pepper
- 30gms butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup all purpose cream
- 1/2 tbsp slurry (1/2 tbsp cornstarch + 1/2 tbsp water)
