Balancing Pure Bliss through Bliss Meditation:
* As You meditate, begin by focusing on what you are feeling. If what you are feeling does not bring you peace and happiness, then you need to let those feeling flow out.
* Relax and breathe.
* As you breathe in, use affirmations like, "I am happy today", and then drain out the feelings that's just doing the opposite of it by saying, "I am draining out the negative energies that destroys my peace and hampers my happiness today.
* You can write down your affirmations and thoughts on a piece of paper or record them and begin your meditation.
* Continue the process till you achieve your desired goal and last but not the least, believe in yourself. Everything will begin to fall in alignment with you.

Bliss Meditation:
Bliss means complete happiness, an achievable, heightened state of awareness. If you're blissful, then you're definitely happy and at peace. Bliss is further described as a word for total contentment and major happiness that brings you peace.

People often mistaken bliss for happiness. Happiness is an emotion while bliss is a condition of the mind. Emotions occur at an excited state of the mind and anything that's at an excited state comes back to ground state. Whereas bliss is a general state of the mind by itself, it doesn't take anything to do in order to attain bliss. It's simply just there as “supreme happiness; utter joy and contentment.”

Here are some ways to practice bliss in your life:
1. Focus on your personal life and relationships
2. Be kind, do something nice for someone today
3. Be authentic by being you
4. Surround yourself with positive people
5. Move to a place that makes you happy and brings out the best in you
6. Go for long walks and enjoy nature
7. Look for your true purpose in life
