The HTC Dream will join the Optus network on 16th February, and all the plan details are now available; 3 Mobile launches new shared caps for consumers at a great price; Victorian heatwave cripples an ISP and its email servers; the Freeview EPG service won't play nice with your new TV; and Microsoft discovers almost half of Australians sympathise with pirates.
