Who is Strictly's Kaye Adams?

Kaye Adams is the latest of the Loose Women gang to sign up to Strictly Come Dancing, so she’ll have plenty of support from her co-stars who’ve already done it.Journalist Adams, 59, also started a popular podcast, How To Be 60, earlier in 2022.This isn’t Adams’ first foray into TV contests - in 2021, she took part in The Celebrity Circle as a contestant duo with Loose Women co-star and close friend Nadia Sawalha.She said: “I said I wanted to make the last year of my fifties memorable and i can’t think of a better way of doing it than showing the world my two left feet. Pray for me!”
