URLS mula sa malisyosong sites, pinapa-deactivate ng NTC | News Night

Pinapa-deactivate ng National Telecommunications Commission ang Uniform Resource Locators (URLs). Tiny URLs, Smart links at QR codes na nagmumula sa malisyosong sites sa text messages. Yan ay batay sa umiiral na database ng government agencies.
Kabilang diyan ang NTC, National Privacy Commission, Department of Trade and Industry, at law enforcement agencies. Saklaw din ng kautusan ang subscriber reports at yung mula sa machine learning o artificial intelligence.
Binigyan ng hanggang September 12 ang telcos para magsumite ng report sa Office of the Commissioner.
Kausapin natin ngayon ang PLDT and Smart First Vice President and Chief information Security Officer na si Angel Redoble.
