Homeless campers living in Victorian park threatened with eviction

A group of homeless campers being threatened with eviction from a Bendigo park says they have nowhere else to go. The local council has re-zoned the park to ban camping, but a local human rights lawyer says it's a heartless move that could also be illegal.
