I will teach you about tense in this video and explain the present perfect continuous tense. I will try to explain tense in an easy way.
The present perfect continuous is also called present perfect progressive. We use the present perfect continuous to talk about a finished activity in the recent past. Using the present perfect continuous focuses on the activity. The activity is finished and we can see the results of it
جن فقروں کے آخر میں رہا ہے،رہی ہے، رہیں ہیں آجاے اور وقت کاتعین کیا جاے

We use the present perfect continuous to talk about repeated activities which started at a particular time in the past and are still continuing up until now:
The use of the helping verb
1- has been
2- have been
He, she, it, singular name: has been
I, we, you, they, plural: have been
For: We use for to talk about a period of time.
Since: We use since to talk about a specific point in time or a time when the action started.
Formula:
Subject + has been/ have been + 1st form of the verb
Negative tense
Formula
Subject + has not/ have not + 1st form of verb + ing + object + since for + time
Interrogative tense
Formula:
[Have/has + subject + been + verb (ing) + object + ?]
