Bruce Lee fans in Hong Kong have recreated a virtual version of the kung fu film star’s demolished former home in the metaverse. The “Crane’s Nest” mansion in the city’s Kowloon Tong district was demolished in 2019 over structural safety concerns. The Bruce Lee Fan Club worked with multimedia students and an advertising agency on the virtual reality (VR) project they hope will help carry on Lee’s legacy and give younger admirers a chance to revisit the last days of the legend’s life.
