: "I'm a 30-year-old performer and pro tricker and this movement is called martial arts tricking. On my free time, I like to train out, as we trickers say, trick for fun to work on ideas or just have fun and express myself or to get a work out etc. I train at AGC Gymnastics in Las Vegas. This video is from not too long ago, a few months back. The end result is me feeling better about myself and clearing my head and getting rid of all the toxic and negative build up I deal with all week lol."
