PM Modi arrives in Germany to attend G7 summit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Germany’s Munich on Sunday morning to attend the G7 summit. He is likely to speak in two sessions at the G7 summit that comprise issues like the environment, food security, health, gender equality and democracy.

The prime minister is on a two-day visit to Germany to attend the G7 Summit on June 26 and 27. He was invited to the summit by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

As per a release by the MEA, PM Modi will also hold bilateral meetings with leaders of some of the G7 countries on the sidelines of the summit.
