Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan, while speaking to the media said, “I will not comment on what is happening with any other party but we will discuss it in the right place if it is needed. This is not something to be discussed in public. Let's not go into ifs and buts. Voting  (MLC) took place only yesterday. Our majority (numbers) has gone down a little, it is a matter of concern.” Maharashtra Minister Eknath Shinde along with 26 Shiv Sena MLAs have been holed up at a Surat resort in Gujarat since the MLC poll results were declared on Monday.
