Overhaul of unemployment services program rolling out

An overhaul of the federal government's main unemployment services program is rolling out next month raising concerns among those receiving income support. Nearly 800 thousand job seekers will be affected by the changes. Antipoverty centre's Kristin O'Connell says there is very little flexibility in the new system.
