10 killed in retaliation to targeted killings in J&K

One terrorist has been killed in an encounter that broke out between militants and government forces in Kashmir’s Shopian district. A series of encounters have been set off in the valley following the rise in targeted killings of civilians. The Kashmir Zone Police has launched several encounters this month to contain terrorist activities in J&K.
