I am returning from Derawar Fort. Bahawalnagar to Harappa is 116 Km via Sahiwal city. The Harappa is an archaeological site in Punjab. There are ruins of Indus valley civilization or Harappan civilization, the earliest known urban culture of the Indian subcontinent. The nuclear dates of the civilization appear to be about 2500–1700 BCE, though the southern sites may have lasted later into the 2nd-millennium BCE. I also visited the Mohen Jo Daro site in Sindh province. I am walking in an ancient city. Harappa and the city of Mohenjo-Daro were the greatest achievements of the Indus valley civilization. These cities are well known for their impressive, organized, and regular layout. They have well laid our plumbing and drainage system, including indoor toilets.
