Allahabad High Court का बड़ा फैसला, तलाक़शुदा Muslim women को मिलेगा गुज़ारा-भत्ता | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has given a big decision regarding divorced Muslim women. After which now Muslim divorced women will also be entitled to get maintenance. In one of its judgments, the High Court bench said that Muslim women also have the right to get maintenance from their ex-husband under CrPC i.e. Section 125 of the Indian Penal Code after divorce.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बैंच ने तलाकशुदा मुस्लिम महिलाओं को लेकर एक बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। जिसके बाद अब मुस्लिम तलाकशुदा महिलाएं भी गुजारा भत्ता पाने की हकदार होंगी। अपने एक फैसले में हाईकोर्ट की बेंच ने कहा, कि मुस्लिम महिलाओं को भी तलाक के बाद CRPC यानि भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा-125 के तहत अपने पूर्व पति से गुज़ारा भत्ता पाने का अधिकार है।
